Financial Aid 2027

The President and Board of Harvard Model Congress Middle East (HMCME) are pleased to offer need-based financial aid grants in support of outstanding delegates for whom cost would be a barrier of attendance to the 2027 HMCME conference.

There will be a limited number of financial aid grants available to interested students. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. HMCME financial aid does not cover the cost of transportation or accommodations for the conference. Financial aid applications are due within three weeks of submitting registration.

For schools with delegates applying for financial aid, payment is not due until all financial aid applications from your school have been processed and your school has been sent an updated invoice.

Eligibility

Financial aid will only be considered for high school students that (1) plan on attending the 2027 HMC Middle East conference and (2) have demonstrated financial need. These grants are intended to make the HMC Middle East experience accessible to students of all socioeconomic backgrounds and to reduce financial barriers to participation.

1. Demonstrated financial need

2. Dedicated interest in HMC Middle East and its mission

3. Demonstrated academic scholarship and leadership potential
